All Roads Do Not Lead to Heaven

Hi Friends,

As these days’ events unfold, we are sure of only one thing. God is faithful, and people are not! Wickedness seems to be building day by day, so we need to keep our eyes on the Lord.  Our hope is in him.

If you remember in a post a few weeks ago, I had been seeking God for his insight into the world news and national events and what the near future holds for us.  I believe that he gave me his answer—there would be no significant change, even with the election results.  Our nation has been moving steadily left.  The country is in a moral free-fall and so many are turning away from the faith.  However, even with the political, social and economical changes that are causing harm to our nation, we must recognize that the Lord will use all things to move his plans and purposes forward.

Any hardships that come our way we must accept and acknowledge that they are for the perfecting of our faith.

“Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds,  because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.  Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”  James 1:2-4

Often, people will respond to hardship by turning to God for his help.  Although there are some who will instead shake their fists at God and blame him for the suffering they are experiencing.  Some will blame anything or anyone but themselves for the hardship.  But God wants us to stop and take inventory of our own lives.  Perhaps he is trying to get our attention and is doing whatever it takes to turn us back to him.  He wants us to experience godly sorrow over our own willfulness and waywardness.

But the blame game is the only game in town.  Israel and the Jewish people have had their share of blame.  It seems that the entire world, even the United Nations shovels out the blame to Israel.  The countries of Europe blame Putin for the fuel shortage, the fertilizer shortage and the resultant hardships of a cold winter with no heat, no fuel to run the factories,  the cars and trucks, and no food, without fertilizers.

Here at home, we have the conservatives blaming the liberals, and the Democrats blaming God-fearing men and women labeling them as “domestic terrorists.”

But we as individuals need to take responsibility for our own actions, and our failures to act. We cannot blame our leaders for their radical agendas which undermine everything that we hold to be good and true.  They make their decisions out of what works for them, what supports their ideals.  In essence they choose to please themselves because God has given them over to their fleshly desires.  As unsaved people, without the leading of the Holy Spirit, and being dead to the things of God, they can only do what their flesh and their selfish desires drive them to do.  That is why the Lord says:

“Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”  Luke 23:34

Even though our leaders act to cause harm, chaos and financial ruin to many, we must recognize that we are reaping what we have sown.  The church has failed to take a stand against immorality, so we now have rampant immorality.  The church did not stand up against abortion, but stood by while millions of babies were slaughtered.  We did not stand up against the lock-downs and the mandates, the riots in the streets, the looting in our cities, the LGBT agenda, and the green agenda.  The church has sat idly by while the nation has been going up in smoke.  We are reaping what our apathy and inaction have caused. “It’s not my job.”

Today we are swimming in immorality, chaos, inflation and lawlessness.  We cannot complain, for we have been complacent, and have chosen to ignore these problems.

So it seems that our nation has lost its moral compass.  But God is using the unbridled wickedness and lawlessness to wake up the Church.  We need to get on our knees and repent of our own sins and the sins of our nation.  We have failed to rein in wickedness.  We have failed to pray that the hearts of our people turn to God.  Now we are entirely surrounded by evil at every turn. This is God’s sense of justice–He gives people over to whatever is their personal sin.

Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another.  They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator–who is forever praised.  Amen. Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts.   Romans 1:21-27

So this is the world in which we live.  Wickedness is everywhere. Let’s allow the Holy Spirit to shine the Light of Christ through us. “In Him was life, and that life was the light of men. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”  John 1:4-5

“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”  Romans 12:21

I would like to share a vision:

The Vision

A Roundabout

I saw an intersection of multiple roads coming together in a traffic circle, or a roundabout.  I knew right away that this represents choices.  Which road do we choose?  I believe that the timing of this vision with the current event on Mount Sinai, is no accident.

There is a saying that “All roads lead to heaven.”  It is the mantra that all who are aligned with a one world order and a one world religion are going to be promoting.  It is and has always been  a lie.

Just this past week, The 27th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, Paris Agreement, was held in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.  An article on the United Nations website entitled, “Delivering for People and the Planet.”  has a link to the resolutions of the meeting.  Which lists its goals and plans for implementing a world-wide program for changing the laws and beliefs of people regarding climate change.   Here is the direct link: Read the Sharm el-Sheikh Implementation Plan

At this gathering of religious leaders around the world, ten new “commandments” to support the “green agenda” were created. Speaking as would-be benefactors, (knowing what is best for the world), they plan to use their power and influence to promote their ideology, as if these new ten commandments are equal to the original Ten Commandments given by God to Moses on top of Mount Sinai.

At the same time, a group of activists rose to the top of Mount Sinai with green tablets upon which they wrote their proposed “commandments.”  Then the leader broke the tablets as if the emotion and disdain for what the world is doing against the planet was equal to the sin that Moses saw in the people worshiping a golden calf.

These “commandments,” I believe, will someday be made “law” and will cause a great persecution of believers who do not agree with this new one world religious order.  This “religion” is based on worshiping the earth (the creation) rather than the creator.  This has been coming for quite some time, but the movement is picking up speed.

At various cities and sites around the world, religious leaders gathered to lead in prayers of repentance, for the abuse that man has given to the earth.  They repented of the sin of burning fossil fuels which drive cars, heat homes and cook food.  They claim that burning fossil fuels is the primary cause of global warming. This basically flies in the face of common sense and good science.  God provides fuel to heat our homes, cook our food and drive machinery and cars as well.  Our fossil fuels are a gift from God.  In Genesis, God gave the mandate to Adam and Eve to “be fruitful, multiply, fill and subdue the earth.”  Genesis 1:28

Science does not back the idea of global warming.  Swings in temperature in either direction is common throughout the centuries and is attributed to the sun, sun spots, sun flares and sun storms, not to the human “carbon footprint.”

I have written about the movement to create a one world religion before.  The Lord wants his people to be aware.  The post is called:  “Chrislam? What is It?”  In this post I described the ecumenical effort coming together in the form of worship centers in two locations:  In Berlin, Germany and in The United Emirates.  These centers join three different world religions in a complex of three houses of worship: a church, a mosque and a synagogue. Pope Francis is promoting the idea of a brotherhood between Judaism, Christianity and Islam by saying that Abraham is their father, making them brothers.  By promoting this brotherhood, the pope would have you believe that we all serve the same God, which is a lie.  The Bible clearly states:

“Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life.  Whoever rejects the Son will not see life. Instead, the wrath of God remains on him."  John 3:36

If one does not know the Bible, the very words of God, then it is easy to be lead astray.

The center in Abu Dhabi/United Emirates is called “The Abrahamic Family House.” The center in Berlin is called “The House of One.”  There are great plans to unite the entire globe under one religion, and Pope Francis is at the forefront of this movement.

“I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel— which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ.  But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God’s curse!  As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let them be under God’s curse!”  Galatians 1:6-9

I believe that these centers of worship and the COP27 gathering at Mount Sinai with the creation of the new ten commandments is laying the groundwork for the one world religion, that will lead us to the anti-Christ and the great prostitute in the book of Revelation.  Pope Francis is also attempting to lure Protestant denominations that are not strongly attached to Biblical truth to join in this ecumenical movement.  He continues to promote the lie:  since we all serve the same “god”, then we should embrace one another as brothers and accept the multiple expressions of faith that stood to separate us.

I have for quite some time now believed that all this will take place in my lifetime.  And we see things moving so fast!  Several years ago, the Lord gave me a vision that I would like to share with you about the revealing of the anti-Christ.

The Alligator and the Lizard

I saw an alligator from the jaw forward.  His mouth opened and out came a lizard nearly the same size as the alligator.  He stood proudly with his neck outstretched expecting to be admired. I immediately thought that the alligator was the devil, the devourer.  But who would he allow to live?  As I see it, I thought surely this represents the anti-Christ.  Suddenly I saw two - 4 digit page numbers, so I went to my Bible and simply open it.  One of the two page numbers that I saw was at the top of the page. I had opened to the passage that the he Lord was directing me.  What was on the page?  It was the page from the book of Daniel that described the man of lawlessness!  God is good!  He confirmed his message with and exclamation mark! The message - the anti-Christ would soon be revealed.  There is no reason for the Lord to tell me something that has already been revealed in the Bible, unless he wanted me to understand that it would be happening soon.

So who is the anti-Christ?  I think we have a few hints, but only God knows!

Let’s look at the Book of Revelation for these hints:

“Come I will show you the punishment of the great prostitute, who sits on many waters.  With her the kings of the earth committed adultery and the inhabitants of the earth were intoxicated with the wine of her adulteries.  Then the angel carried me away in the Spirit into a desert.  There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns.  The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls.  She held a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries.  This title was written on her forehead: ‘Mystery, Babylon the Great, The Mother of Prostitutes and of the Abominations of the Earth.’  I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of the saints, the blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus.”  Revelation 17:1-6

This calls for a mind with wisdom.  The seven heads are seven hills on which the woman sits.  They are also seven kings.  Five have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come; but when he does come he must remain for a little while.”  Revelation 17:9-10

The woman you saw is the great city that rules over the kings of the earth.” Revelation 17:18

There are so many things written in these lines that point to Rome as the city.  Rome is the city built upon seven hills:  the Aventine, the Caelian, the Esquiline, The Quirinal, the Viminal, the Capitoline, and the Palatine.

Throughout the Bible, prostitution and adultery when used figuratively, represent apostasy and unfaithfulness. Here is an example:

“They will eat, but not have enough; they will play the harlot, but not increase, because they have stopped giving heed to the Lord.  Harlotry wine and new wine take away the understanding.  My people consult their wooden idol, and their diviner’s wand informs them; for a spirit of harlotry has led them astray, and they have played the harlot, departing from their God.”  Hosea 4:10-12

Here in Revelation, we see that it is the apostate church and the false religions of the world that join together to become the one world religion, or the “Great Prostitute.”

In Revelation 17:15, the waters upon which the great prostitute sits represent many different nations and people groups from around the world.  The idea of sitting on the waters suggests her throne or her established rule is over these nations.

If we look at the details together, we see that the woman is a city who sits on seven hills, which is Rome.  She is a prostitute, unfaithful to God, a false religion, who has seduced the kings of the earth and intoxicated the people around the world with “the wine of her adulteries.” She kills the faithful believers who refuse to bow down to a false god, for she was “drunk with the blood of the saints, the blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus.”  She sits upon the beast, which shows that she has made an agreement with the anti-Christ, who is also the eighth king.  So the one world religion, headed by Rome and the one world government headed by the anti-Christ will work together until there is a power struggle.

“The beast and the ten horns you saw will hate the prostitute. They will bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and burn her with fire.”  Revelation 17:16

It is possible that the destruction of the one world religion central to Rome, may occur so that when the anti-Christ’s image is placed in the temple to be worshiped, there won’t be any competition.

Before the prostitute’s destruction, the kings of the world commit adultery with her. This represents the union of the political powers and the religious powers, something that has happened in the Holy Roman Empire for hundreds of years.

There is a very interesting article that summarizes the historical events that changed the early church. For the first 300 plus years, the church was heavily persecuted by the pagan caesars of Rome. When Constantine came to power, he became converted to the faith and suddenly, the church became a religio-political power. The Church then began to persecute the pagans.  Here is a quote from this article, “The Crown of the Caesars Passes to the Papacy”

“With the Christian Church’s gradual transition from a persecuted, pure apostolic faith in the early decades after Christ’s death until its blossoming as a religio-political empire scarcely more than half a millennium later, the very fabric of the Christian church had suffered such a metamorphosis that no rightful evaluation could accord the same status or the same faith to the church of a.d. 31, as to that of 538. An entirely new religion had emerged. The persecuted had become the persecutors, the ruled were now the rulers, the humble were now the arrogant, and eyes that had turned ever to Christ now turned to the Bishop of Rome. The simple meeting places were replaced by resplendent cathedrals. The poverty and simplicity of the church had become the affluence and opulence of the ecclesiastical body, while the church now grew in numbers not by conviction and conversion, but by birth ensured by infant baptism, and even by forced baptisms of those who did not consent.

In 538 it could be stated with veracity that the Papacy had accepted the scepter of the Roman Empire covered by a thin veneer of Christianity. The sum total of this transformation was the Dark Ages.”

What has been written in the book of Revelation appears to be taking shape.   The apostate Christian church with its social gospel will join with the other faiths to form a one world religion, supported by a one world government.  I believe by promoting the urgent call to resist global warming, reduce carbon emissions and save the planet, they will eventually have the desired “global reset.”   The major players promoting climate change are: the World Economic Forum (WEF), the United Nations (UN), and the World Health Organization (WHO).  Of course many nations’ leaders have join in the game. They hope that by having the support of religious leaders who will add credibility and a moral element to their scheme will cause the public to go along with the lifestyle changes the “green agenda” will cause. These world leaders will then have full control over the world’s resources and its people.

We, as the faithful believers in Christ, must remain faithful under all circumstances.  We are right at the tipping point.  I believe that the Lord has shown me that we will continue to move left politically, and decline morally.

We must encourage ourselves with the Word of God.

“Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world.  Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”  John 8:12

“While it is daytime, we must do the works of Him who sent Me.  Night is coming, when no one can work.  While I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”  John 9:4-5

So now is the time to share the gospel, to follow Jesus, to build up ourselves in our most holy faith.  Those who are complacent, or have no genuine relationship with the Lord will not be able to face the persecution that is ahead.  We must be prepared.

I would like to suggest that we study the Book of Revelation, and really study the letters to the seven churches.  God wants us all to be overcomers.  He wants no one to be lost. He holds out the gift of eternal life to those who are faithful, and to those who are willing to suffer for Christ.

“He who has an ear, let him hear.  If anyone is to go into captivity, into captivity he will go.  If anyone is to be killed by the sword, with the sword he will be killed.  This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of the saints.”  Revelation 13:10

We are the saints. Please pray for the Church to remain faithful and grow strong. Pray that the church will not shrink back or buckle under pressure.

“Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.  Do everything in love.”  1 Corinthians 16:13-14

The vision of the roundabout tells us that there is a choice.  All roads do not lead to heaven or to God.  The wide road leads to hell.

“Enter through the narrow gate.  For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.  But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.”  Matthew 7:13-14

“I am the way, the truth and the life.  No one comes to the Father except through me.”  John 14:6

Let’s help others find the Lord.  Let’s share the gospel and the love of God.  And please share this post.  God bless you all!
