Fatima! This is Your Day!

Hi Friends,

I want to share a vision that God gave me concerning the Muslim nations.  It was in the early morning during prayer, that I received this vision.  It is one of good news.  Hallelujah!

The vision:

I see three pure, brilliant, white boxes, stacked one upon another.  The largest box was on the bottom, and the mid-size box was placed on it.  The smallest of the boxes was on top.  As I saw these boxes, I heard a voice say, “Fatima!  This is your day!”

What a wonderful vision.  I knew right away that “Fatima” was a female, Muslim name.  I remember meeting a Fatima at a McDonald’s.  She was wearing the McDonald’s uniform in maroon, with a name tag that said, “Fatima.”  I asked her at the time, what did her name mean?  I don’t remember what she said, so I decided to look up its meaning.

Origin of the name Fatima:

Derived from the Arabic fātima (she who weans an infant; she who abstains from forbidden things). The name was borne by Fatima bint-Muhammad (c.606 - 32), the Prophet's favorite daughter and progenitor of the Fatimid dynasty.

From A World of Baby Names by Teresa Norman.

So Fatima was Muhammad’s favorite daughter and the very one who began, through her offspring, the Fatimid dynasty.

I believe that this vision, can be seen in two ways.

First, Fatima, may be an actual woman who God is giving spiritual gifts.  God loves everyone, and he chooses to reveal himself to people who are seeking the truth, or those who God knows would accept his free gift of salvation, if only they had an opportunity to hear.  The gifts God is giving Fatima, are of his choosing, perhaps gifts that he had prepared for her long ago.  “All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”  Psalm 139:16

When the Lord spoke these words, “Fatima! This is your day!”  He was saying, “In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.”  2 Corinthians 6:2

The same day I received this vision, I shared it with a man who works among Muslim people.  He said that he personally knew two women named “Fatima.”  He said one of them had a desire to come to the Lord, but was not ready to make a commitment, because she was afraid of what her husband might do if he knew.

He asked me, “What do you think the three white boxes were for?”  I told him that I believe the largest box represented the gift of salvation.   And that the smaller boxes represented gifts of the Spirit, perhaps the gift of healing and the gift of prophecy.

The second interpretation to the vision came as I spoke with this man:

After this, he said, that “Fatima,” may also represent the entire Muslim nation.   As I considered this thought, I believe that both are true.  If Fatima was the progenitor of the leadership of the Muslim’s first dynasty, then Fatima would represent the entire Muslim population.

The message to Fatima, the Muslim nations is:  “This is your day!”  God’s plan of salvation, is for you and all people.  Throughout the Bible, God speaks of calling the nations to himself.  “Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.  God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”  John 4:23-24

God wants none to be lost: “For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile - the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, ‘Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’”  Romans 10:12-13

The term “Gentile,” applies to  everyone who is not naturally born into the family of Abraham and Sarah.  It was through Isaac’s lineage that the Messiah would be born.  “By faith Abraham, when God tested him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice.  He who had embraced the promises was about to sacrifice his one and only son, even though God had said to him,”It is through Isaac that your offspring will be reckoned.”  Hebrews 11:17-18

The natural born children of Abraham and Isaac, are not the sole recipients of God’s salvation and mercy:  “And do not begin to say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father.’  For I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham.  The ax is already at the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire.”  Luke 3:8-9

What did Jesus say about his personal family?  “‘Who is my mother and my brothers?’  Pointing to his disciples, he said, ‘Here are my mother and my brothers.  For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.’” Matthew 12:48-50

The Lord values hearts that are devoted to him.  It is not the natural family or nation, but those who give their hearts to the Lord who will be saved.

God showed through the giving of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, that he made no distinction between the Jew and the Gentile who came to believe in Jesus, as Lord and savior of the world.  “While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit came on all who heard the message.  The circumcised believers who had come with Peter were astonished that the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out even on the Gentiles.”  Acts 10:44-45

Now hundreds of years later, We see the fulfilment of scripture everyday.  “Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in, and in this way all Israel will be saved.” Romans 11:25

And we are seeing Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, and other groups of people coming to the Lord, everyday.  This is in fulfilment of the the scripture, “In his name the nations will put their hope.” Matthew 12:21

The Lord is making his name known among the people of the world.  In nations where it is difficult to share the gospel, He is appearing in dreams and visions. God is building his church even in the remote places on the earth.

I want to share one of these dreams, that a friend of mine received, in response to his heart felt question, “Who are you?  Allah or Jesus?”

This was his dream:

He was standing before the throne of God.  Everything around him was full of light.  He was in awe, in total ecstasy, worshipping God.  He was amazed by God’s  beauty and majesty.  He was so full of adoration that he knelt down to kiss the ring on God’s hand.

Then suddenly, the one he worshipped, stood to his feet and changed from something beautiful into a hideous, dark, and  grotesque creature.  My friend, filled with terror, turned to run away.  As he turned to run, he saw before him, the Lord with his arms outstretched ready to receive him.

He woke up from his dream, and gave his heart to Jesus.  There was no longer any doubt.  He knew that God had answered his prayer.

It says in the Bible, “For Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.”  2 Corinthians 11:14

Isaiah speaks of the devil, Lucifer:  “How you have fallen from heaven, O Lucifer son of the dawn.  You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations.  You said in your heart, ‘I will ascend to heaven.  I will raise my throne above the stars of God.  I will sit enthroned on the mount of the assembly, on the uttermost heights of the sacred mountain.  I will ascend above the tops of the mountains.  I will make myself like the Most High.’”  Isaiah 14:12-14

So 600 years after Christ, this “angel of light” appeared to Mohammed.  Unfortunately he was deceived into believing that he was speaking to the angel Gabriel. “It is not surprising, then if his (Satan’s)  servants also masquerade as servants of righteousness.  Their end will be what their actions deserve.”  2 Corinthians 11:15   Mohammed unknowingly became a servant of the angel of light.

Paul warned us prophetically, nearly 550 years before Mohammed:  ”But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God’s curse!”  Galatians 1:8  Mohammed was led astray by an “angel of light” masquerading as the angel Gabriel.  He and his people are under God’s curse.  We need to pray that their hearts would be open to the truth.

God says “My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge.”  Hosea 4:6  This is not just the Jewish people, for it is true, for the Gentiles too.  We can all be destroyed from the lack of knowledge of the truth.  That is why we must know the Bible, and we must know the Lord.

In the book of Jeremiah the prophet,  God speaks, and says, “Call to me and I will answer you, and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.”  Jeremiah 33:3

God wants all people to know him. He has called us to share the gospel, the good news, with all people.  This is the time to make a commitment to God, to declare that He is lord over all, and that we are his, and he is ours.

The man to whom I shared my vision, wears “colorful, fancy” shoes on his feet.  He says it is because the scripture says, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” Romans 10:15 and Isaiah 52:7

A prayer:

Lord Jesus, we give you our feet, our hands, our mouths and every part of us, to use for your glory, and for your purpose.  Come Lord Jesus, fill us with your Holy Spirit that we would “live and move and have our being in you!” (Acts 17:28)

Help us to pray for the Muslim people that they would receive  dreams, and visions, that you would reveal yourself to them.  Help us to be willing to share the gospel, and speak of you, to all those you send our way!  You are God and King, and Lord of the Harvest, please send us and others into the harvest fields for they are white and ready to harvest!  (Luke 10:2)

“Just as the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.”  (John 20:21)

Amen!

Be blessed!  And pray without ceasing!
